Since the WHO declared the Covid-19 outbreak a pandemic, most governments have taken steps to minimize the risk of infection. The events industry will not be allowed to re-open until it is safe for people to attend events. And given that an event always implies a gathering of several people, new health and safety concepts have to be implemented in order to enable governments to allow events and mass gatherings to take place.
